Portfolio Manager Senior

We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to support a commercial and middle market team onsite. Key Responsibilities Include Leading loan analysis, underwriting, origination, and portfolio management for a growing commercial and corporate portfolio.Applying risk assessment, structuring skills, and understanding of credit risk methodologies.Managing relationships with C&I and real estate borrowers, developing lending proposals, and cross-selling products.Overseeing post-approval due diligence and loan documentation.Building and maintaining a high-value client portfolio while ensuring credit quality.Mentoring junior team members and delegating tasks related to loan origination and servicing. Qualifications And Skills Include 6-8 years of commercial underwriting and portfolio management experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Strong financial analysis, legal document comprehension, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.
