Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of existing loan relationships.
  • Expand and build client relationships to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Spread and analyze financial statements, address industry risks, monitor collateral requirements, and assist with loan structuring, pricing, and credit analysis.
  • Monitor credit performance and prepare loan presentations.
  • Handle reporting on loans, including past dues, documentation, collateral exceptions, financial performance updates, portfolio profitability, and risk grades.
  • Stay informed of financial and market trends in the portfolio and analyze their impact.
  • Assist bankers with new and existing loan requests and special projects.
  • At the senior level, manage Analysts and Loan Specialists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of banking, relationship management, underwriting, and credit experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Extensive knowledge of various loan types, credit analysis, financial statement spreading, risk analysis, credit scoring, and loan documentation.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Advanced credit skills in underwriting, financial modeling, valuations, and policy adherence.
  • Excellent customer service, relationship-building, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

Pay

This position is eligible for a base salary in the range of $117,000 - $144,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
