Portfolio Asset Manager - Irvine, CA

Responsibilities

  • Create and issue routine reports to ensure providers are meeting process level SLAs.
  • Facilitate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings with various providers to review performance and address delays.
  • Review asset values and current pricing and make disposition recommendations.
  • Identify aged populations for internal strategy reviews weekly.
  • Prepare aged asset review documents including marketing history, challenges, and liquidation recommendations.
  • Absorb and provide routine updates to the Vice President and assigned client.
  • Ensure timeliness, quality, and completeness of property documentation and work-related tasks.
  • Ensure policy and procedures are updated as processes and client expectations change.
  • Facilitate training as needed.
  • Create and present a compilation of reports for above-referenced asset management tasks.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Outlook Calendar and Word) with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to interact with senior management, colleagues, and clients.
  • Results-oriented with a can-do attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform under tight time constraints.
  • Able to present a professional image and demeanor to internal and external customers.
  • Able to handle confidential material.
  • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Able to analyze and research data for accuracy.
  • Able to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem analysis at a functional level.
  • Strong customer orientation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of REO Asset Management experience.

The good faith base salary [or wage] range for this role at the time of posting and hire is $67,000 – $112,700 per year. Actual compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
