Portfolio Manager
Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
- Develops and manages portfolio program plans and schedules to achieve strategic business goals.
- Compiles all necessary information in partnership with project managers, program managers, and product teams to ensure the portfolio is kept up to date.
- Works with internal and cross-functional teams to understand the roadmap, indicate any constraints and dependencies, and maintain launch calendar transparency.
- Provides regular portfolio status updates and reports that translate complex program information into actionable insights for leadership.
- Led the creation and validation of portfolio requirements to align with customer and technical needs.
- Maintains a strong and customer-focused relationship with Directors and Senior Managers to ensure prioritization aligns with enterprise strategic objectives and goals.
- Maintains and updates risk, action, issue, and decision logs to monitor and address project challenges.
- Identifies cross-project and program dependencies, creates risk mitigation recommendations, and calls out issues that negatively impact resources or ability to deliver on time.
- Coordinates cross-functional collaboration with internal and external collaborators to ensure seamless portfolio execution.
- Drives process improvements and implement guidelines to enhance portfolio efficiency and effectiveness.
- PARTNERS WITH FINANCE ON BUDGET TRACKING AND CONtributes TO CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PROCESS BY ESTABLISHING PROCESS, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, AND DOCUMENTATION.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s plus 2 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or related field
2-4 years: Experience in managing, assessing, or working in some facet of the project life cycle.
2-4 years: Confirmed ability to develop and manage program schedules, requirements, and reporting.
Less than 2 years: proven experience in program management, including cross-functional leadership and delivering customer-centric projects. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Corporate Bonus Target
The corporate bonus target is 10%
Base Pay Range
$68,900 - $124,200
