About the role
Spectrum is currently seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst to support the Department of Navy’s Business Operations Service Support requirement.
Responsibilities
- Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved.
- Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed.
- Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports.
- Develop solutions or alternative practices.
- Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
- Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.
- Confer with managers to ensure changes are working.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with DON, DoD, or similar government agency.
- Expert ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff, as well as clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance.
