Portfolio Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow forecasts, valuations, IRR analyses, and portfolio performance models
• Support hold/sell analysis, portfolio optimization, and disposition strategy initiatives
• Analyze portfolio composition, capital structure, and growth opportunities
• Prepare executive, board, and investor presentations and reporting packages
• Possess cross-functional partnerships to gather data, develop assumptions, and provide actionable insights
• Afford monthly and quarterly investor reporting and ad hoc analysis requests
• Aid in strategic projects and business initiatives across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, banking, consulting, FP&A, asset management, real estate, or a related analytical environment
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models from scratch
• Strong SQL skills required; Python experience is a plus
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or other advanced financial designation
• Experience in real estate, asset management, portfolio management, or investment environments
• Exposure to Tableau, Yardi, or similar reporting and analytics tools

Pay

$75,000 – $80,000 base salary plus bonus potential. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
