Portfolio Management Analyst
Position Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of 15-20 portfolio companies
- Assist deal-teams on assigned investments
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data maintained on an internal platform
- Ongoing identification and analysis of portfolio risk trends
- Complete quarterly portfolio account and valuation updates
- Liaise with credit rating agencies to establish and maintain credit ratings
- Facilitate investor reporting workflows
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified candidates must have a finance or accounting background with strong financial statement analysis skills
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Experience with valuation methods (discounted cash flow modeling and debt pricing), credit rating processes and procedures, as well as data aggregation and reporting are a plus
- Experience in private credit or private equity and direct lending strategy a plus
- Collaborative work style across functions with high energy, enthusiasm and drive
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate views verbally and in writing, fostering confidence when sharing/presenting information
- Proven ability to deliver consistent, reliable and timely execution in a time-sensitive role
- Fluent in Excel and Power
- Experience using iLevel a plus
- Finance or accounting designation such as CFA or CPA a plus
- Understanding SQL, Power BI and Python a plus
The anticipated based salary range for this position is listed below.
US Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USD
