Location

The Union - Nations area of Nashville, TN

Pay

Competitive hourly rates starting at $18/hour, plus quarterly bonuses. Eligible for a $1,000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Picking up trash and cleaning pet waste stations
  • Trashing out apartments
  • Light painting and housekeeping tasks
  • Supporting maintenance as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance of the community
  • Performing recurring daily tasks such as litter and pet waste cleanup

Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds or more
  • Using hand tools and operating equipment (including backpack blowers, power washers)
  • Operating golf carts/trailers
  • Frequently bending and stooping for planting, weeding, and maintenance of outdoor spaces
  • Working outdoors year-round in potentially inclement weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
  • Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
