Pay

Competitive hourly rates starting at $18/hour + quarterly bonuses. Eligible for a $1000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Picking up trash and cleaning pet waste stations
• Trashing out apartments
• Light painting and housekeeping tasks
• Supporting maintenance as needed
• Maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance of the community
• Daily recurring tasks such as litter and pet waste cleanup
• Operating equipment including backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers
• Planting, weeding, and maintenance of outdoor spaces
