Responsibilities
- Ensure our operations stay clean, organized, and efficient
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
- Organize and store inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas at all times
- Assist in stocking, labeling, and tracking inventory
- Monitor product freshness and minimize waste
- Support kitchen and operations teams with general tasks as needed
- Help maintain cleanliness on vessels, docks, and storage areas
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working near water, in tight kitchen spaces, and varying temperatures
- Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
