About the role

As a seasonal Porter at Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone, Montana, you will assist in the employee housing area with cleaning and laundry duties, carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, disinfect equipment and supplies, empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and distribute recyclables.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the employee housing area with cleaning and laundry duties
• Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts
• Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers
• Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and distribute all recyclables into proper containers
• Report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in housekeeping preferred
• No experience or diploma required
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform other ranges of motion for an extended time
