Porter/Dishwasher

About the Role

Westerfield Club in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a driven part-time Porter/Dishwasher to contribute to a fast-paced hospitality-focused property. As part of Troon, you’ll join a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes and ensures the kitchen is clean after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
