Dishwasher/Porter

About the role

Our Porters are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The role includes trash removal from the kitchen, operation of the dishwashing machine, and assistance with heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, small wares, pots/pans, and other special cleaning projects as assigned. This position may also require some food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from the kitchen
• Operate the dishwashing machine
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, including sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, small wares, and pots/pans
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
• Prepare food as needed
