Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish area, walk-ins, dry storage, and prep areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout shifts and at closing.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and properly dispose of waste.
• Aid the culinary team by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment or supplies as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Other Qualifications

• Dependable with regular and reliable attendance.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

About the Role

The Orchard Valley Golf Course is seeking a Full-Time Dishwasher to join their team in Aurora, IL. This position is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management. The successful candidate will contribute to a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a chef-driven culinary setting.

Pay

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
