About the Role

As an Experienced Sales Associate at AutoNation, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles while meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards. Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Set and achieve targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity
• Exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals
• Follow up consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction and close deals

Requirements

• Over 1 year of automotive sales experience
• Proven ability to exceed sales and customer service goals
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
