Sales Consultant - Porsche of North Miami

About the role

The Automotive Sales Consultant at Holman's Porsche North Miami office will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering strong relationships with clients. This position requires a proven track record in high-line automotive sales, particularly with Porsche vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with exceptional hospitality, building personalized relationships and understanding their unique automotive needs
• Deliver engaging product presentations that highlight the performance, craftsmanship, and advanced technology of Porsche vehicles
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Porsche lineup to match clients with the ideal model
• Collaborate with F&I and Sales Managers to structure deals, negotiate terms, and support leasing or purchasing requirements
• Cook up seamless vehicle deliveries, creating a memorable ownership experience
• Proactively serve clients with a concierge-level approach, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
• Participate in ongoing Porsche and Holman training programs
• Foster a culture of collaboration and professionalism across all departments

Requirements

• Proven success in high-line automotive sales; Porsche experience strongly preferred
• Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for Porsche vehicles and the ability to speak confidently about design, technology, and performance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with CRM systems, dealership software, and MS Office
