We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Experienced Auto Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in automotive sales, exceptional product knowledge, and a passion for creating an outstanding customer experience. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Help customers select their perfect vehicle
• Negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet customers' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations
• Close the deal
• Provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase
• Drive loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Help transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record
