About the role

Porsche Princeton is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Lawrence Township, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner to assess their automotive needs.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Porsche vehicles, tailoring information to customer preferences.
• Guide customers through the sales process including financing and lease options.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of inventory, products, pricing, and company promotions.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales activities and customer interactions within the dealership’s CRM system.
• Stay current on industry trends and Porsche vehicle advancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or high-end brands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options is a plus.
• Reliable and professional appearance consistent with the Porsche brand image.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an advantage.
