About Us
Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop was born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2012. We've grown from a single store to 23 locations (and counting!) across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, Minnesota, and Texas. We also offer national distribution of candy, soda, and gourmet popcorn to over 15,000 independent retailers nationwide.
About the Role
As our Gourmet Popcorn Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in producing one of Grandpa Joe's fastest-growing product lines. You'll oversee popcorn production from start to finish, ensuring every batch meets our standards for quality, consistency, and freshness.
- Schedule production, maintain equipment, monitor inventory, and order popcorn kernels, oils, seasonings, coatings, packaging, and other production supplies.
- Personally produce our signature gourmet popcorn by popping, coating, seasoning, packaging, and preparing each batch for distribution to our retail stores and wholesale customers.
- During non-production times, assist the retail team by helping customers, stocking merchandise, merchandising displays, and creating the fun, memorable shopping experience Grandpa Joe's is known for.
