Responsibilities
- Manage and coach the team to success
- Ensure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift
- Collaborate with other shift departments
- Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulatory
- Ensure safety of all employees
- Troubleshoot and work with Maintenance team
- Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution
Requirements
- Dairy experience required with 3+ years in a dairy manufacturing facility
- Highly motivated, great communication and leadership skills
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations
- Familiarity working with data management programs
- Strong understanding of GMP’s and Food Safety
- Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold:
