About the role
Bocatti Experience is a hospitality and events company specializing in catering services, private events, and curated dining experiences. We bring exceptional food and guest experiences to festivals, community events, corporate gatherings, and pop-up locations throughout the San Antonio area.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Prepare customer orders for pickup and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kiosk or pop-up location
- Restock food, beverages, and service supplies throughout the shift
- Answer customer questions about menu items and available services
- Auxiliary in setting up and dismantling kiosks before and after events
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures
- Work closely with team members to provide efficient service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule & Compensation
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
