We are a family-owned and operated automotive repair shop located at 3374 Sullivant Ave. We have been in business since 1972. We have a creative, positive, energetic work environment with the structure in place.
Responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend instructions and information.

- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Punctuality by following the work schedule.
- Able to meet the company's production and quality standards.
- A good driving record.
- Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
- Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
- Provide excellent customer service for all customers whether external and internal.
- Sell supplementary services by notifying the customer of service specials or any additional work that is needed on their vehicle.
Qualifications
- Answering phones and screening calls.
- Greeting customers when they come in.
- Helping Senior Service Advisor with Estimates as needed.
- Parts Ordering and handling in accordance with the company policies.
- Data entry, text messaging, mailings and general sales skills.
- Keeping area looks professional and organized.
