Pool Server/Bartender

About the role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in hotel management.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
