About the role
Responsible for maintaining pools and spas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Maintain pools and spas daily, including cleaning, sanitizing, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pool conditions and maintenance schedules.
- Perform routine inspections and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in pool maintenance or similar field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of pool chemicals and their proper usage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
