Pool Cocktail Server

Duties

• Sincerely greets each guest.
• Makes eye contact with guest.
• Knows the script and hours/days of operation.
• Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements.
• Able to serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.
• Understanding of call order of drinks.
• Knowledge of drink pricing.
• Knowledge of Mixology.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests.
• Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.
• Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members.
• Understanding of pool floor sections.
• Genuinely thanks the Guest.
• Adheres to appearance and uniform standards.
• Adheres to all internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year previous cocktailing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
