Pool & Beach Service Attendant (On-Call)

About the Role

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On-Call Pool & Beach Service Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Pool & Beach Service Attendant reports to the Director of Pool & Beach and will respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.

• Respond to and provide guests with food and beverage, water, and amenity service, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.
• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fulfill all reasonable guest requests or requirements with a sense of urgency and poise; anticipate guest needs.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in OhanaPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) months to one (1) full year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Pay

$20.50 per hour

Schedule

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
