At Four Seasons, we ensure that your employee experience is just as rewarding as our guest experience. The Pool Attendant provides guests with water, spritzing, towels, and assistance with personal accommodations for guests around the pool deck. This includes setting up and taking down chairs and towels in the pool deck area. They will assist the pool servers with food running and bussing. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are crucial. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays and is able to work in outside conditions year-round. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. Preferred Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in hotels/restaurantsExcellent personal presentation and interpersonal skillsTime management skillsStrong customer service skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong interpersonal and team player skillsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.
