Responsibilities
- Performs routine and complex Polysomnographic recordings using technical understanding of equipment.
- Recognizes parameters used in recording for Polysomnographic and CPAP/BiPAP tests.
- Efficiently and effectively conducts PSG and CPAP/BiPAP testing.
- Provides quality care to all patients.
- Demonstrates willingness to assist others and work well with minimal supervision.
- Shows strong, independent judgment.
- Uses department and hospital-wide policies and procedures during patient care.
- Improves job knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- No experience required.
- We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Desired: One year in a sleep medicine setting.
- Diploma in Polysomnographic Technologist, Registered Sleep Technologist, or Sleep Disorders Specialty (National).
