Due to growth and expansion of services in our sleep center, we are currently adding FTE to our Team at our main St. Paul Campus! As a Polysomnography Technologist II, we are offering between a .5 FTE - .9 FTE depending on your preference.

Schedule

  • Straight nights, 10-12-hour shifts
  • Sunday - Friday

Pay

  • Hourly wage: $34.65 to $52.00 (median wage of $43.33)
  • Pay dependent on relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity
  • Differentials: $1.75 weekend, $2.35 evening, $4.00 night

About the role

The Polysomnographic Technologist, a registered RPSGT or RST with a minimum of one-year clinical experience in sleep, provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders under the direction of a physician. This includes polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services, patient care, and education.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a Polysomnography program (no less than one year's duration) associated with a state-licensed and/or nationally accredited educational facility, or equivalent experience and documented proficiency at all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technician
  • Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or equivalent
  • Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association)
  • Minimum of one-year clinical experience in sleep
