Policy Analyst

About the role

This position serves as a key member of the policy team, providing support in developing and implementing new policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on current policies and industry trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new policies.
• Monitor policy compliance and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, public policy, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in policy analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or similar software.

Qualifications
