Policing Supervisor (Outdoor Custodial)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure supported workers' rights and dignity are protected.
• Protect and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Drive a large crew-cab pick-up truck and assume responsibility for all equipment.
• Submit manifests and other required documentation daily.
• Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans for assigned workers.
• Complete all agency required trainings for position.
• Demonstrate policing techniques and set a pace for workers.
• Work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and complete maintenance records.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of age.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Some related maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with outdoor work.
