About the role
The PointOne Growth Fellowship is an early-career rotational program designed for exceptional individuals who want to learn how AI startups scale. Fellows will gain hands-on experience across both go-to-market and talent teams.
Responsibilities
- Research and map target accounts and decision-makers
- Develop outbound strategies and messaging
- Liaise with sales leadership to refine targeting strategies
- Engage promising candidates early in their careers
- Conduct exploratory conversations with prospective candidates
- Build long-term talent pipelines across key markets
- Launch targeted outreach campaigns
- Qualify early customer conversations
- Track engagement and pipeline metrics
Requirements
Recent graduates from top universities with experience in sales, entrepreneurship, or competitive campus programs are ideal candidates. Strong motivation, relationship-building skills, and curiosity about startups, AI, and company-building are essential.

Schedule
The fellowship begins with two structured rotations designed to give you direct exposure to the company’s core growth functions. Fellows will transition into full-time roles in Sales / Go-To-Market, Talent & Recruiting, or Growth / GTM Operations after completing both rotations.
Pay
The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive commission component will also be offered as part of the package.
