About the role
Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We are a rapidly growing company with best-in-class growth and have recently raised a $15M Series A to continue expanding.
What you'll do
- Own channel strategy: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize the highest-impact partnership channels for Confido – including brokers, accounting firms, ERPs, and other strategic partners in the CPG ecosystem
- Build partnerships from scratch: Manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and deal closure, working cross-functionally with sales and business operations teams to convert partner opportunities into customers
- Become a CPG ecosystem expert: Develop deep knowledge of how brands, brokers, distributors, retailers, and service providers work together, positioning Confido as the essential infrastructure layer across these relationships
- Drive revenue through partners: Source high-quality opportunities through partner channels and maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of revenue growth
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, investment banking, consulting, or investing with a track record of building relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- Strategic thinking: Ability to evaluate opportunities, size markets, and build compelling business cases for partnership investments
- Comfort with ambiguity: Self-starter mentality with experience building in fast-moving startup environments – you'll be our second partnerships hire and will help define how we scale our channel strategy
