Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives, and brands to secure podcast guest opportunities.
• Cook up podcast scheduling, appointment booking, and calendar management.
• Conduct outreach through email, direct messages, networking, and lead generation.
• Aid in marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
• Assist with networking events, podcast recordings, media collaborations, and mixers.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, guests, sponsors, and business partners.
• Track outreach efforts, leads, bookings, and client progress using spreadsheets or CRM platforms.
• Help create engaging content and capture behind-the-scenes moments to support brand storytelling.

Requirements

• Currently a student in college or university.
• Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or Journalism major.
• Content creation and entrepreneurship interest.
• Outgoing, creative, organized, and eager to learn personality traits.
• U.S. based candidate only.
