Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure. About The Role We’re looking for a Podcast Producer Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll receive hands-on exposure to the full podcast production pipeline for Wave Sessions — from pre-production through post-release growth strategy — while working as a direct assistant to our Senior Podcast Producer. What You’ll Do Guest outreach & research — identify, research, and help pitch potential guests; draft outreach communicationsLocation booking — source and coordinate recording locations and logisticsIndustry pulse — stay current on AI infrastructure news and industry happenings to inform the guest and topic pipelineCross-department coordination — liaise with internal departments to gather and track deliverables needed for each episodeWorkflow & organization — help build and maintain production workflow, calendars, and organizational systems for the showGrowth metrics — compile and track performance and growth metrics across episodes and platformsYouTube & SEO strategy — support execution of YouTube optimization and SEO strategy to grow discoverability Who You Are Required Qualifications Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving parts across a production calendarClear, professional written and verbal communication for guest and vendor outreachGenuine interest in podcasting/media production and in the AI infrastructure spaceAbility to work independently on research and coordination tasks while staying closely aligned with direction from Senior Podcast ProducerComfort learning and using growth-tracking and content-scheduling tools Preferred Qualifications Filming and/or video editing experienceExperience working cross-functionally with diverse teams Internship Information Paid InternshipMay - August (12 weeks)Tuesday - Friday, 8 hours Equal Employment Opportunity TensorWave is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
