Podcast Manager – Parenting & Content Marketing

This role is focused on managing the end-to-end production and marketing workflow for a video podcast dedicated to supporting parents of teens and tweens. You will be responsible for transforming the final long-form video cut into a polished release package for four episodes per month. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic content planning, video editing, and digital marketing expertise, ensuring each episode resonates with the target audience and drives engagement across platforms. The content must maintain an empathetic, authentic, and clinically grounded tone, suitable for parenting and mental health-adjacent topics. Deliverables Add compelling opening hooks, branded intro/outro music, disclaimer end cards, and lower-third graphics to each episode. Edit and deliver 2–3 emotionally resonant Reels/Shorts per episode, featuring stylized captions tailored for Instagram and YouTube. Write SEO-focused show notes and concise promotional newsletters for each release. Schedule and publish all clips and episodes across relevant platforms. Build and maintain a clear content calendar and audience funnel using workflow tools such as Notion, Trello, or Asana. Requirements Proven experience managing video podcast production and marketing, preferably in parenting, mental health, or educational content. Strong video editing skills, including adding branded elements and creating engaging short-form content for social media. Excellent written communication skills for show notes and newsletters, with a focus on SEO and audience engagement. Proficiency with workflow management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana) and social media scheduling platforms. Ability to maintain an empathetic, authentic, and clinically grounded tone in all content.
