We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe the intro paragraph), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (Minimum Requirements), Preferred Requirements (maybe under Skills or Qualifications), Benefits (Why Cisco? includes benefits), Pay (salary range), Schedule (maybe not present). Also include any other sections like Qualifications? The posting includes Minimum Requirements and Preferred Requirements. We'll map Minimum Requirements to Requirements section, Preferred Requirements to Skills or Qualifications. Also include Benefits section from Why Cisco? (benefits description). Pay section from salary range. Schedule not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: application window closing date? That's metadata; we can fold into short p or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." The application window closing date is metadata; we can include as a short p maybe before sections. Also "Message to applicants applying to work in the U.S. and/or Canada:" is part of Pay section? It's about salary range. We'll include Pay section with salary range details. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary ranges. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (Minimum Requirements), Skills (Preferred Requirements), Benefits (Why Cisco? benefits), Pay (salary range). Possibly also Qualifications? But we have Requirements and Skills. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated (medical, dental, vision, 401k, parental leave, etc). Pay is stated (salary range). Schedule not present, so omit. We need to ensure we include all substantive info: The intro paragraph includes: "The application window is expected to close on: 10/08/2026 Content is a key element..." We'll include that as a short p maybe before About the role? Or incorporate into About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can put the application window date in a short p before sections. Now we need to extract responsibilities list: "What You'll Do" bullet points (though they are sentences separated by periods). We'll convert each sentence into a

  • . Let's list them: - Architect strategy that drives pipeline. Pioneer how AI transforms content at scale, from ideation to performance. Set the creative bar. Analyze performance and use engagement metrics to refine strategy and drive toward pipeline, managing workflows in tools such as Asana and Workfront. We could split each sentence as separate li, but some sentences are combined. Better to keep each bullet as a sentence group. We'll treat each line starting with a capital verb as a bullet. Now Minimum Requirements list: - 6–8 years in content strategy/content marketing - A track record of building full-funnel content strategies that drive demand - Strong hands-on writing and editing across formats, from long-form reports to promotional copy Preferred Requirements list: - A genuine excitement for AI and a hands-on track record of using AI tools to create better content, faster, plus the ability to upskill a team in AI-powered workflows. - Experience in B2B technology marketing and writing for an enterprise networking or IT buyer. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, plus strong analytical and presentation skills. - Experience managing workflows and employees, contractors, and agencies in tools such as Asana and Workfront. (We can keep as a paragraph maybe.) We need to keep all substantive info; we can present as
    • for each distinct benefit item. Some are sentences; we can break them. Pay section: salary range: $145,200.00 to $184,100.00 (starting salary range posted for this position) plus location-specific ranges: New York City Metro Area $145,200.00 - $212,100.00; Non-Metro New York State & Washington State $129,100.00 - $188,300.00. Also note that for quota-based sales roles ranges include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. Also note Illinois unique time off program (but that's more about schedule/benefits? It's about time off program for Illinois employees; could be included in Benefits maybe as a note). We'll include that as a benefit note. We must not create Schedule section. Now produce HTML fragment:

Application window expected to close on: 10/08/2026

      About the role

Content is a key element of how Cisco's integrated marketing campaigns come to life and we're looking for a Content Strategy Lead to shape a new campaign for AI Infrastructure buyers. This is a rare chance to build, not just maintain: to reimagine how content gets created in the age of AI, experiment with new formats, and create content buyers genuinely value —the kind that builds trust and drives our most important priorities as a result. You'll work cross-functionally to build a strategy and drive execution of demand-generating content across the funnel, from thought leadership to conversion and promotional assets. You'll partner closely with product marketing, partner marketing, campaign strategists and planners, and demand channel experts to turn insights into content that addresses customer needs, stands out in a noisy market, and drives measurable engagement. You'll treat AI as a creative collaborator to move faster, think bigger, and continuously raise the bar. You’ll mentor writers and manage agencies who support the campaign, guiding the work product and ensuring alignment with campaign priorities.
