About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical supervision sessions to ensure high-quality patient care
• Mentor new nurses in practical nursing techniques and protocols
• Evaluate and provide feedback on clinical practice
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Current RN license
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in practical nursing
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in clinical documentation and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
