PMO Coordinator

Title: PMO Coordinator Location: Indianapolis, IN 46256 (Onsite) Duration: 12-month contract Schedule: Mon - Fri: 8 am -5 pm Description:The purpose of the PMO Coordinator role is to ensure that all PMO aspects of the ASPIRE Deployment are considered, understood, and followed.The PMO Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the PMO deployment toolkit is adopted and all deliverables are completed.This role is in close contact with the global ASPIRE Diagnostics PMO wave Lead and is a local deployment team member.The PMO Coordinator supports the local/site deployment lead, the local functional leaders, and the affected employees in all aspects of Project Management for ASPIRE, and is accountable for owning the program management methodology and planning for the successful go-live of this deployment wave.Tasks & Responsibilities:Provides guidance, operationalizes, and monitors the execution of work, constantly connecting our delivery organizationFollows ASPIRE Methodologies and Governance to execute PMO processesParticipates in deployment PMO activities in close collaboration with the Wave PMO Lead for the ASPIRE DIA Ops Megasite Wave 5b for assigned service team or focused project effort.Drives all key PMO activities associated with the project and works closely with the PMO Wave Lead, Deployment Leads, technical teams, and implementation partner(s) to ensure successful delivery of the program.Incorporates and enhances functional/project specifics to ensure milestones are properly linked to overall milestones (critical path)Works closely with the Wave PMO Lead in ensuring best practices in project management are applied throughout the project lifecycleCoordinates activities in order for the project and functional teams to meet established milestones, including any special ASPIRE related projects that need full PM assistanceFollows the Change Control Process for the respective areas of responsibilityEnsures any additional templates and documentation management tools otherwise not provided by the program are in place to support the teams as neededDrives reporting activities and provides accurate status updates and reportingExecution of operational project management for the wave-level activitiesRisk, Issue, Assumptions, Decisions Management and Scope ManagementSchedule ManagementManagement of Status & Progress ReportingProject Templates and Documentation ManagementKey Contacts:Wave PMO Lead and & PMO CoordinatorsWave OCM/Communication LeadOther Site Organizational Change ManagersWave Lead and Site Deployment Leads and associated team membersWho you are (Qualifications):Bachelor's or advanced degree in related specialization areas5 years' experience as a project managerSolid Project Management skills with a proven track record in the successful management of large project streamsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact across multiple levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activitiesDemonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership on considerable change effortsStrength in project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent English language skills, both written and spokenAbility to work across multiple international time zonesWilling to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationshipsNice to Haves:Former Commercial or Operations experience is preferredExperience in large IT Service Management ProjectsExperience in a pharmaceutical environment is preferredAdditional Information:PMO Coordinator ASPIRE DIA Ops & Megasite Wave 5b:We are looking for PMO Coordinators for the deployment of ASPIRE to the Indianapolis DIA Ops & Megasite Wave 5b .
