Responsibilities
- Operate as de facto deputy Program Managers
- Track, monitor, and update status of program deliverables
- Maintain library of PMO documents and project templates
- Support project, program, and portfolio-level business process analysis, mapping, improvements, reporting, market research, and internal outreach and communications
- Translate business processes into workflows and dashboards
- Update and maintain organizational IT lifecycle documentation and supporting materials for both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
- Define, develop, and oversee engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts

- Entry-Level/Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience, Associates Degree + 4 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 2 years of experience, Masters Degree + 0 years of experience
- Full Performance/Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience, Associates Degree + 6 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience, Masters Degree + 2 years of experience
- Senior: High School Diploma + 10 years of experience, Associates Degree + 8 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience, Masters Degree + 4 years of experience, PhD + 2 years of experience
- Expert/Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience, Associates Degree + 10 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience, Masters Degree + 6 years of experience, PhD + 4 years of experience

Pay
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $53,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
