PMO Analyst
About the role
This role is located in Austin, TX and is part of a close-knit team with access to global resources. The PMO Analyst supports the day-to-day governance and coordination of large, complex client engagements, focusing on risk management, issue tracking, deliverable management, reporting, and access/resource administration.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Track and manage Action Items
- Deliverable Management: Manage invoicing, confirm quality of outputs, and chase client and CGI team members for review comments and actions
- Reporting: Support drafting of status reports and prepare meeting notes/minutes
- Project Plan Maintenance: Make weekly updates to the project plan
- Access & Resource Administration: Provision access, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure personnel changes are handled appropriately
- Audit & Records Management: Support CGI audits and ensure document retention
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple trackers/logs and following up proactively
- Clear written communication for status reports and meeting notes
- Confidence to follow up with, and at times politely push, both client and internal team members to meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of quality/review processes for project deliverables
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn access provisioning and onboarding/offboarding administrative processes
- Discretion when handling system access and personnel changes

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $156,700.00.
