PM Site Manager Space ISR Instructor SME
Position Overview
Summit Technologies is seeking a Site Manager / Senior Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Instructor subject matter expert to lead and execute a U.S. Space Force intelligence training program supporting the Combat Forces Command (CFC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Enterprise.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight of contract execution.
- Manage personnel, schedules, resources, and contract deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, performance standards, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and submit monthly status reports and other contract deliverables.
- Cook with Government leadership, CORs, and stakeholders regarding program execution.
- Maintain performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee quality assurance, curriculum governance, and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Support mobile training team (MTT) planning and execution.
Instruction and Curriculum Development
- Lead Instructor for intelligence and space operations training programs.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and mobile training team instruction.
- Facilitate practical exercises, capstone events, mission planning activities, and student assessments.
- Develop, review, and update Programs of Instruction (POIs), lesson plans, instructor guides, student workbooks, assessments, and training materials.
- Conduct annual curriculum reviews and content audits.
- Coordinate with Government subject matter experts to ensure course accuracy and operational relevance.
- Evaluate student performance and provide mentoring and feedback.
- Support after-action reviews and incorporation of lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably STEM related.
- Minimum 10 years of intelligence, ISR, military operations, or national security experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing programs, projects, or training operations.
- Experience developing and delivering formal intelligence or military training.
- Experience leading teams and managing personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to brief senior military and government leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S. Space Force, Air Force, USSPACECOM, or Intelligence Community organizations.
- Experience with instructional systems design and curriculum development.
- Prior military instructor, evaluator, or training manager experience.
- Experience with targeting, SIGINT, GEOINT, FISINT, cyber intelligence, or all-source intelligence analysis.
- PMP, DAWIA, or equivalent program management certification.
Travel Requirements
Travel within the United States and internationally may be required to support Mobile Training Team (MTT) events and program activities. Support may be required at Peterson SFB, Wright-Patterson AFB/Springfield ANGB, Vandenberg SFB, Fort Meade, RAF Feltwell (United Kingdom), and Osan Air Base (Republic of Korea).
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $100,000 to $175,000 annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
