SME/Trainer

About the role

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and conducting training programs, teaching classes, holding seminars and discussion groups. They will design and deliver training programs to train all levels of personnel, develop tests and visual aids, conduct training classes, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
• Minimum 8 years' experience
• 3+ years' of experience working on DoD programs is highly desired
• Active Secret Clearance
• Interest in new technologies and the ability to adapt to those new technologies

• Independently determines and develops approach to solutions
