About the role

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on recompeting Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Qualified incumbent personnel currently supporting this mission will be afforded Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, consistent with contract requirements and contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual training support within the Information Systems Division (ISD)
• Administer JKO LMS (Learning Management System) as needed

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Onsite at Offutt AFB, NE
• 5-7 years of ISD-based individual training support experience
• PREFERRED: Experience with JKO LMS administration

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of training methodologies and delivery systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
