About the role
The Garrett Group is seeking a skilled Collective Training SME to join our J7 team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, or Global Strike and be capable of leading and supporting joint collective training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on joint collective training development and execution
- Assist team members in accomplishing the Collective Training mission
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission sets and possess knowledge of CJCS and USSTRATCOM Emergency Action Procedures (EAP)
- Understand end-to-end operations, from National-level decision-making to unit-level execution
- Develop, administer, and execute scenario-based training modules
- Experience in command center/battle staff duties at CCMD, Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM level is highly desirable
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, or Global Strike
- Strong authoritative knowledge in joint collective training
- Proven expertise in USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission sets and CJCS/USSTRATCOM EAP
- Experience in end-to-end operations and processes
