Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provide support with USG course development and implementation.
Design, oversee and coordinate hands on training exercises.
Act as a technical SME.
Act as a mentor to new USG officers.
Cookordinate multi-office training exercises.

Position Requirements

• CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with polygraph required at time of application
• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within USG course development and implementation
• 10+ years of experience in a technical mission area as a SME
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing specific course materials and training activities
• 5+ years of experience providing classroom and facilitated instruction
• Experience interfacing consistently and effectively with customers to define requirements, identify issues, negotiate changes, problem solve, meet deadlines, and manage priorities
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing
• Highly dependable, adaptable, and organized individual with the ability to multi-task
• Reliable, self-motivated, good time management, and results oriented
• Proactive and prompt with a strong attention to detail demonstrating sound judgement
• Able to travel domestically up to 10 (ten) days at a time and up to 6 (six) times a year to support training
• Able to be flexible with time and may be required to work into the evening and/or weekends as necessary
