PM Server/Bartender
Support System
You’ll report to our Restaurant Manager. You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Culinary. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.

- Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska – Arbor Day Farm Campus
- Schedule: Flexible, Weekday and Weekend Availability
The campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something — it’s worth doing well.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in a variety of functions. From clearing and setting tables, serving food, bartending/serving drinks, and helping us maintain cleanliness.
- Be a part of a fast-paced environment. You thrive on the energy you get from serving large groups.
- Represent Lied Lodge. You'll maintain a professional appearance and representation.
- Be reliable. Others will count on you to consistently be on-time and complete tasks ahead of you.

What You’ll Bring/Experience or Skills Needed for the Role

- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Food and beverage experience. Ability to accurately take food and beverage orders, deliver orders in a timely manner, and clear/set tables.
