PM Server Assistant - Specialty Restaurant (Full-Time)

About the Role

Be part of our talented Food and Beverage team as a Server Assistant - Specialty Restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas. Located in Greater Palm Springs, the resort recently completed a property-wide renovation and rebranding from Regency to Grand. The Grand Hyatt features 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand-new Celebrity Chef (Angelo Sosa) food & beverage venues.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Server in table service for restaurant guests
• Provide beverage offerings and service
• Assist with food delivery
• Clear items from guest tables
• Clear and reset tables upon guest departure
• Polish glassware and silverware
• Sort equipment
• Perform general cleaning of dining areas and kitchen
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the restaurant management team

Requirements

• Riverside County Food Handler's Card
• Schedule availability for evening (PM) shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to carry and balance large trays containing moderate-to-heavy items
• Able to push, pull, and lift moderate weight
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail

Pay

The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.00, with the opportunity to earn additional income through tips.
