PM Server Assistant - Specialty Restaurant (On-Call)

Main responsibilities

• Assisting the Restaurant Server in table service for restaurant guests.
• Handling beverage offerings and service.
• Assisting with food delivery.
• Clearing items from guest tables.
• Clearing and resetting tables upon guest departure.
• Polishing glassware/silverware.
• Sorting of equipment.
• General cleaning of dining areas and kitchen.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by restaurant management team.

Qualifications

• Riverside County Food Handler's Card.
• Able to carry and balance large trays containing moderate-to-heavy items.
• Able to push, pull, lift, moderate weight.
• Able to follow verbal and written instruction with attention to detail.

Pay

The hourly pay-rate for this position is $17.00 with the opportunity to earn additional income through tips. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay.

Schedule

Availability in the evening (PM) shift, including weekends and holidays.
