About the Role
Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Orange County area. Ideally, this candidate will have a diverse background ranging from interiors in corporate offices to public works and specialty projects like theme parks. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. They will direct and supervise activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and adherence to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Ten years or more of commercial construction experience in project management.
- Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
- Experience with project management software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
- Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports.
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).
Qualifications
Public works, Interiors/TI, Special projects, Theme park, and DSA experience are all a plus. Local qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Current or previous Large Projects (Ground-Up) project experience is highly desired.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in Santa Ana, CA is $120,000 to $160,000 annually. This range may be modified in the future, and actual pay will be based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.
